Greater Orlando, Florida
Lake Nona mixes boutique hotels, Medical City visitors and Orlando International Airport traffic. Service standards are high and every shift counts.
Lake Nona in southeast Orlando is a planned community built around Medical City, home to Nemours Children's Hospital, the Orlando VA Medical Center and UCF's Lake Nona campus, along with the USTA National Campus and Lake Nona Town Center. Orlando International Airport sits just to the north, so the hotels here serve a steady mix of medical visitors, families, tennis events and airline and business travelers.
That mix calls for staff who can work to a polished, quiet standard: room attendants who turn rooms carefully, front desk agents comfortable with long-stay and medical-visit guests, and food and beverage teams for hotel restaurants and private events. Clean Tec Outsourcing provides screened, bilingual hospitality staff for Lake Nona hotels, event venues and the airport-area properties nearby.
We recruit from across Orange and Osceola counties, including the communities along the 417 and Narcoossee Road corridors that commute into Lake Nona. Work eligibility is verified through E-Verify, and we handle W-2 payroll so your managers do not have to.
Besides Lake Nona itself, we cover nearby Narcoossee Road, Moss Park and the hotel cluster on the south side of Orlando International Airport, where properties juggle airline crews, cruise travelers on their way to Port Canaveral and families arriving for the parks. If your property runs a restaurant, pool bar or meeting space, we can staff those outlets as well as the rooms division.
