- Contact and inquiry forms, newsletter sign-ups, downloads/lead capture.
- Support channels (email and phone).
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (analytics, security, anti-spam).
- Reasonably typical integrations for a services company (e.g., web analytics, CRM, email marketing, cloud hosting, payment processors if applicable, security/anti-abuse).
It applies to information collected online and by phone. This policy does not cover employee or job-applicant data, or third-party sites/services linked from our Site.
Personal Data We Collect
A. Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, company, role, country/region, IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers.
B. Contact/Inquiry Details: Free-form message content, meeting preferences, support history.
C. Commercial/Transactional Info (if applicable): Records of services requested or purchased, invoice and payment information processed through secure third-party processors.
D. Internet/Network Activity: Log data, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate geolocation from IP, browser and device information, analytics events.
E. Communications Preferences: Opt-in/opt-out status for email/SMS/phone.
F. Inferences (limited): Segments or interest categories derived from interactions (e.g., service interest level) for internal analytics and communications.
G. Sensitive Data: We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, health, biometrics). If you voluntarily provide such data, we will handle it per this Policy and applicable law.
Children: We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see Children’s Privacy).
Sources: Directly from you (forms, calls, emails), automatically via cookies/analytics, and service providers (e.g., CRM, anti-spam/security). We may combine information from multiple sources.
How We Use Personal Data
- Operate and provide our Site and services (including responding to inquiries and providing support).
- Communicate about services, updates, and promotions (see “Marketing Communications & Promotions”).
- Analytics, research, and improvement of Site performance and user experience.
- Security, fraud prevention, and integrity (detecting/preventing malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity).
- Compliance and legal obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Contract performance and steps prior to entering a contract.
- Consent-based processing where required (e.g., certain marketing or cookies, depending on jurisdiction).
Where required by GDPR/UK GDPR/LGPD, see Legal Bases below.
Marketing Communications & Promotions
By submitting data and accepting this Privacy Policy (e.g., via form submission with consent checkbox or equivalent), you consent to receive company information about our services, updates, and promotions via email, phone, and/or text (if SMS is offered).
- Opt-out anytime: Click the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, reply STOP to SMS (if used), adjust preferences via /cookie-settings for marketing cookies, or email policies@ctoutsourcing.com or call (407) 561-1637.
- CAN-SPAM/CASL/TCPA: We include sender identification and unsubscribe mechanisms in commercial emails/SMS where applicable. Consent for SMS may be obtained where required; message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; consent is not a condition of purchase.
- No sale of data: We do not sell personal information to third parties.
- Limited sharing with processors: We may share data with service providers (processors) under contracts that restrict the use of data to delivering services to us and require appropriate safeguards.

- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless explicitly stated and you are given a clear opt-out mechanism.
- If any analytics/advertising cookies or tools could be deemed “sharing,” you may opt out via /do-not-sell (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information), our Cookie Settings (/cookie-settings), recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible, or by contacting policies@ctoutsourcing.com or (407) 561-1637.
