Room Attendants

Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

 

Runners

The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.

 

Public Area Attendants

Keeps all lobbies and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, telephone area, the front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition. Public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

 

Houseman

A houseman's primary job duties include cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, work areas, furnishings and carpets. Cleaning rooms includes duties such as changing bed linens and emptying trash as well as vacuuming carpets and dusting furniture.

 

Inspectors

Enter status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets. Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room. Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper.

 

Supervisors

Oversee work of front desk personnel such as guest relation officers to ensure that they receive and greet guests properly. Assist during the check in and check out processes to ensure that all associated activities are handled flawlessly. Create and implement staff schedules to ensure that no station within the hotel is left unmanned.

Laundry

 

Washers

As a Washer you are responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our guest is done on time and with the highest possible standards

 

Laundry Attendants

Operate the hotel’s laundry facility and to ensure there is an adequate supply of linen available to meet the demand of the hotel.

 

 

Laundry Supervisors

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Laundry Department in order to assure that the Laundry Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and that an adequate supply of laundry/linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents.

Maintenance

 

Maintenance Tech Levels 1-2-3

The Maintenance Technician engages in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and units, and maintaining the grounds by performing the essential duties of the position as discussed below.

Food & Beverage

 

Banquet Setup

The purpose of the Banquet Set Up/Houseperson position is to set, maintain and refresh hotel banquet meeting rooms according to sales contract and company standards. To ensure cleanliness and organizations done in a timely manner and to assist supervisor during large functions.

 

Banquet Servers

A banquet server performs serving duties at dinners and events. They must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time while accommodating guests effectively and politely.

 

Bussers

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

 

Bartenders

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu.

 

Hostess

Host/Hostess. This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner. Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups.

 

Inspectors

Food inspectors evaluate food products in a variety of settings to ensure public safety and the proper handling of food.

 

Supervisors

Food and beverage supervisors are responsible for the daily operations of preparation and food and drinks serving and drinks to customers.

Kitchen

 

Dishwasher

Clean dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

 

Pre Cook - Line Cook

Responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking with regards to the standards and recipes of the restaurants. And, making sure that everything is in order from the prepping of food up to cleaning after cooking.

 

Cook

Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Preparing ingredients to use in cooking(chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cooking food in various utensils or grillers.

 

 

Deep Clean ( 3rd Shift)

This position is primarily responsible for cleaning public areas, guest rooms and bathrooms. Other duties include stocking supply carts, room deep-cleaning projects, and assisting with other duties as needed.

 

Front Desk

 

Front Desk PBX

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.

 

Night Auditors

The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the hotel. Responsible for the overall operations and appearance of the front desk of a hotel.
